The dining room with a wood-burning fireplace is furnished with warm, comfortable antique pieces known as “arte povera” (peasant culture).

The Living Room
Moving into the living area, you’ll find a bookshelf, satellite TV, a comfortable couch, and a Luigi Filippo sofa with chairs.
Paintings and ceramic wall hangings by local artists adorn the walls.
We want our guests to experience the warmth and elegance of a country house furnished with class and attention to detail.
In exchange we ask that our guests exhibit the utmost care and respect during their stay in order to preserve these precious pieces.
The living room is connected to the bedrooms and upstairs bathroom by a staircase as well as by the outside terrace where there is a gazebo and solarium.
Guests can also enjoy books and board games.
Despite its age, the residence offers its guests all the comforts of modern society including free WiFi, high-speed fiber optic internet, and a Chromecast TV for streaming from your cell phone.
The Traveler’s Room
The suggestive themed room, with double bed, overlooks Piazza Strigelli: a real blast from the past with antique clocks, old photos, and a trunk with mementos. Adjacent to the room is the bathroom with a tub, toilet, washing machine, and hairdryer.
The Painter’s Loft
Upstairs is the delightful attic with a double bed and exposed beams that immediately transports the guest into a “bohemian” atmosphere among paintings, easels and canvas.
Music and Relax Loft
This space is the most popular with our younger guests, readers, and music lovers. It’s the perfect space for relaxing with a book, a CD, or an old vinyl on the record player.

The Terraces
The living room leads to a terrace with a gazebo, ideal for outdoor dining. From here, guests can access the solarium which in the summer months has an hydromassage.
The Garden
From the dining room terrace, guests can access the fenced garden with a strawberry grape pergola, where there is a masonry bbq and a gazebo with tables and chairs. Access to free public parking and mountain bike and hiking trails are just meters away.
